18. ágúst 2023

We're buzzing with excitement as Reykjavík is all set to host the Marathon & Culture Night on August 19th, 2023. These events promise to be full of life and color, and we'd love for everyone to be a part of this exhilaration!

__Quick heads-up regarding our bus service on that day:

Due to these spectacular events, bus stops 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 15 will be taking a short break from 07:00 to 01:00.

Here’s the plan for pick-ups:

  • For those scheduled at bus stops 1, 2, 3, 4, and 15, you'll now meet us at A - Túngata/Ægisgata.
  • For our friends booked at bus stops 5 and 6, your new rendezvous point is bus stop 14, Skúlagata.

For those planning new adventures and to our cherished existing riders, please keep this change in mind. If you could help inform fellow travelers or friends, it'd be of great help!

A little note:

our Hop On Hop Off – City Sightseeing tour will be taking a day off due to the road closures, but we'll be back soon!

Thank you for your understanding and for choosing Reykjavik Excursions. We're looking forward to seeing you on board soon!
