If you booked through our website, www.re.is you can apply for a refund here according to our cancellation policy.

If you booked the tour through a travel agency please contact them directly regarding a possible refund.

Closed Bus Stops

Due to construction in front of Fosshótel Barón and KEX Hostel, we are unable to pick up or drop off passengers at those locations. Instead, we are relocating passengers to Bus Stop 9

Due to construction, Bus stop #4 will not be accessible. Customers are advised to wait at bus stop #15 for pick ups 15th and 16th April.
