Lost an item during your journey with us? Don't worry, we're here to help! If you've misplaced something on our bus, please notify us as soon as possible. We carefully store all found items for a period of 7 days at our storage facility located at BSI bus terminal.
If you're unable to retrieve your lost item in person, we also offer shipping services to return it to you. Just reach out to our support team with the details of your lost item and shipping address, and we'll assist you promptly.

Lost and Found Policy
We keep lost items for one week before donating them to the Red Cross. If you contact us by email to claim your item, we can store it for up to one month due to limited storage space. Items of high value will be kept for a longer period. Please note that we do not take any liability for lost items.
