Ticket Verification: This pickup request form is only for passengers with physical tickets purchased at the desk. Passengers who have booked online should already have confirmed pickups. If they haven't, they should use the appropriate channel to request one.

Lead Time: Pickup requests must be made at least 12 hours in advance to allow our team sufficient time to process and confirm them.

Confirmation Time: Pickup requests need to be confirmed by our team at least 2 hours before the requested pickup time. Until confirmation is received, the pickup is not considered valid.

Flybus Pickup Schedule: Pickup for Flybus operates 30 minutes prior to departure according to the schedule. Passengers must reserve pickups in advance; otherwise, pickups may not be available.

Recommended Departure Time: It takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from the pickup time to arrive at the airport. For passengers using Flybus, we recommend booking pickups approximately 3 - 4 hours before your flight's departure time to ensure you arrive at the airport as recommended by the airport authorities.

Timetable Alterations: Reykjavik Excursions reserves the right to alter the timetable without further notice due to possible changes in flight schedules. Estimated arrival times may vary accordingly.
